Products and ordering

Please review the product description, measurements, material, colour and selected options before ordering. Screen settings may affect how colours appear; this does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless a different currency is clearly shown. The total payable and applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Orders below US$100 have a US$9.90 standard shipping charge; standard shipping is free for orders of US$100 or more to our supported destinations. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are covered by the store as described in our Shipping Policy.

If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and any applicable delivery charge.

Production and shipping

Orders ship from China to the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Production takes 3–5 business days; estimated transit is about 5 days after dispatch. Please read our Shipping Policy for delivery details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation may be requested within 24 hours after ordering if production has not started. Standard, non-personalised items may be returned by notifying us within 14 days after delivery. Buyers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for the full procedure and your applicable statutory rights.

Privacy and use of the site

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer protections in your country remain available. Future changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an order already placed.
