Shipping destinations

We ship from Hangzhou, China to the United States, all 27 European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

Production and delivery

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. Transit is estimated at about 5 days after dispatch. Production time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; customs processing, holidays and carrier delays may affect arrival.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is US$9.90 per order. Orders of US$100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The applicable rate is shown at checkout before payment.

Import duties and clearance charges

For the destinations listed above, MaisonInaraHome covers import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges through our shipping arrangement. These charges will not be passed on to you on delivery. If a carrier requests an import-related payment, contact us at wganginara@gmail.com before paying so we can resolve it.

Order details and delivery help

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need an address correction or help with a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, contact us as soon as possible at wganginara@gmail.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
