Refund policy

14-day returns

For standard, non-personalised items, contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Email wganginara@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please send the items back within 14 days after notifying us.

Please keep items in good condition and handle them only as needed to inspect their nature, characteristics and fit. Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection. Keep proof of return shipment.

Return shipping and product problems

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays the direct cost of return shipping. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photos are helpful where available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover the necessary return shipping costs. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For an eligible return, we will refund without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. We may withhold a refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. For an eligible EU or UK withdrawal, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not started. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. After this point, we may be unable to stop production or dispatch. This operational cancellation rule does not restrict any statutory right to withdraw or return goods, including applicable EU and UK rights.

Personalised items

Where permitted by law, goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. Any such exception will be identified before purchase. Choosing a standard size or colour does not by itself make an item personalised. Rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unchanged.

EU and UK customers

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, and return the goods within 14 days after notification. You may use any clear statement, for example: “I wish to withdraw from my purchase”, followed by your name, order number, items, delivery date and contact details. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
